CCIG was formed after a handful of executives employed in different corners of the lending industry came together and agreed that even though there were new "credit repair" companies popping up every day, the public was still very under served. A collective decision was made very early that we did not want to be the biggest firm out there, because personalized service simply yields better results. It did not take long before we were setting the industry standard as a reputable organization built on a foundation of integrity, character and an incomparable commitment to obtaining the best results possible for each client.

It is important to be aware that as with any industry, there are companies out there that do not have the consumer's best interest in mind. Therefore, the FTC has passed a law called the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) that makes it illegal for any company to engage in certain unethical practices. To remain compliant with both state and federal laws that regulate our business, our firm will:

Never charge fees before agreed on services have been completed. Our customers are only billed after the initial setup, and the work from each month, has been performed.

Never suggest to our customers that they engage in any type of fraudulent behavior or identity misrepresentation.

Never advise our clients that it is acceptable to dispute derogatory credit items if those items are in fact verifiably accurate.
