New Job, New Lease on Life
Just when I am about to give up on my job search in San Diego, my friend’s father called me up and offered me job in their shop! I was so happy to hear the news that I kept saying thank you to him about a hundred times! He said I can start working right the next day. I even told him that I can even start work today! It felt like a big thorn was removed from my heart, and that a heavy load was taken off my back! I was really excited to work again after 6 months of being unemployed. Now I will have the money to pay for my exam s that I can finish my second year in college. I was really in the brink of giving up, good thing I managed to hold on to my hope a little longer until the news about the job came in.
